Our service

Auto Locksmith Longbridge provides mobile automotive locksmith services — car key replacement, key programming, key fobs and remotes, vehicle entry, lost and stolen key replacement, spare and duplicate keys, and car lock repair — across Longbridge and south west Birmingham. We work on automotive keys and locks only.

Quoting and price

Every job is different — the price depends on your car's make, model, year and the type of key or lock involved. We always confirm your exact price before any work starts, and the price we agree is the price you pay.

If we discover during the job that something extra is needed, we'll stop, explain the situation and agree any additional cost with you before continuing. You're never charged for work you haven't approved.

Proof of ownership

Before we make a key or open a vehicle, we'll ask for proof that the car is yours or that you're authorised to act for the owner — for example, the V5C logbook and photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse work if ownership can't be established.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, once you've seen the key working in your car. We accept the payment methods confirmed with you when we quote — if you have a preferred method, tell us when you book and we'll confirm whether we can take it.

Our promise to you

We take care to complete every job to a proper working standard and we test keys in the locks and ignition before we leave. If something we've done isn't right, tell us — call or WhatsApp +44 7425 435697 and we'll put it right.

Availability

We aim to be available 24/7, but in exceptional circumstances (severe weather, for example) we may be delayed or unable to attend. If that happens, we'll tell you honestly rather than leave you waiting.
